Bob’s Burgers Dominates ‘Animation Domination’

Kevin Reilly from the ‘Fox Network’ has revealed that ‘Bob’s Burgers’, the newest animated comedy in the Animation Domination line up, has been Renewed for a second season.

“BOB’S BURGERS has proved to be a perfect neighbour to our slate of fan-favourite animated families this year,” said Reilly. “The series has found its own really unique, irreverent voice and is doing consistent business for us on Sundays, so we’re excited to serve up another season to the fans.”

Thought it was cancelled?

It was speculated that the series may have been cancelled because of upcoming Animated Comedy projects Napoleon Dynamite and Allen Gregory, both from Jonah Hill

Bob’s Burgers currently ranks in the  TOP 10 program amongst young men as well as being the highest- rated new series debut on any network this season.

BOB’S BURGERS is a 20th Century Fox Television production. The series was created by Loren Bouchard. Bouchard and Jim Dauterive serve as executive producers and writers. John H. Benjamin is the Voice behind main character Bob; you may recognise his unique voice from ‘FX’ Comedy Archer.

please leave bobs burgers on…me & my wife frickin love it!!!!!

    • Fox can’t let it go.

At first I thought it was deadpan but it works in it’s favor. There isn’t eccentric animated scenes but with clever dialogue it becomes extremely entertaining.

I am so happy to hear this. Fox has a bad tendency to cancel shows that have potential before nuturing them. I have been a fan of the series creator since Dr. Katz, Home Movies and I believe she did Lucy, Daughter of the Devil on Adult Swim.

  10. So umm… where is our PROMISED season 2?

I’m hungry for some burgers. “Never Been Feta” Burger, “I’ve Created a Muenster” Burger, “The Child Molester” Burger” (Comes with Candy – Louise’s idea), “The Tunami” “Mission A-Corn-Plished” Burger, “Rest in Peas” and so many other wonderful burger flavors and sides. Mmmm….

I’ve got to have my witty, intelligent, manipulative, Louise, her zombie loving, boy crazy, adolescent sister Tina. And what about Linda, the over zealous wife who gets carried away with everything.

Serve us up another episode, for no other flavor best compliments the Animation Domination line-up.

Still a long wait, Bob’s Burgers’ second season will come early 2012 but it may have a fall preview.

If you enjoy Jon Benjamin the voice of Bob then you’ll love Archer

Bob’s Burgers will return for a 22 episode second season in early 2012, with a fall preview being somewhat likely. That Jon Benjamin’s dulcet tones really are unstoppable
